Shipping

- Exchanges:
If you are exchanging merchandise you are responsible for
the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement
item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however,
if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase
additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the
additional items and shipping charges.
- Returns:
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible
for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot
reimburse you for the original shipping charges.
- Incorrect
orders: If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise,
we apologize. You will not be charged for the shipping costs
of replacement merchandise, and we will reimburse you for
the cost of returning the item to us.
- Credits
to your charge card: A
credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. It
may take one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear
on your credit card statement.
